Kitchen & Dining

Entertaining in our home is something we both love. Cooking is one of Erik's great passions, and you will frequently find him in our kitchen serenely prepping and cooking. Kim is the house sommelier and organizer of our dinner and house parties. When she's not selecting and serving wine, or planning a get together, you'll also find her in our kitchen...usually getting in Erik's way.

Enjoying breakfast or dinner for just the two of us, hosting a small dinner party, and executing larger gatherings with our friends and family -- all of these bring us great joy. Honeymoon

We are planning an amazing honeymoon to New Zealand in mid-February of 2019, which will mark 5 years from when we first met. We love the idea of exploring a country that is new to both of us, and high on our separate destination lists. While we don't have all of the details sorted out, we want to take advantage of spending a lot of time outdoors and taking in the beautiful countryside.

Exploring the south island by RV is high on our list along with hiking, white water rafting, canoeing, and lots of chilling. We also plan to hit New Zealand's two cities Auckland and Christchurch.
